  • Meet by appointment only
  • Buyers & Sellers to sign additional forms


  • Wearing facemasks at all times during in-person activities
  • Wearing disposable boots or removing shoes to prevent cross-contaminating homes
  • Minimize touching items within properties (e.g. light switches, knobs, etc) and ensure proper hand hygiene at all times
  • Utilize the best in technology to review properties prior to any in-person walk-throughs to minimize home entry
  • Discontinue providing shared transportation to clients to each property


  • Pre-qualification from bank required for in-person showings (This should ALWAYS be the first step in your home buying process to ensure we are looking within your budget and will make any subsequent offer stronger)
  • Limiting the number of people present at walk-throughs
  • Refrain from touching surfaces within the home
  • Wear protective disposable boots or remove shoes on showings
  • Encouraged to wear a mask at all in-person activities
  • Meet agent at each property, versus ride-sharing from office
  • Sign form acknowledging in-person showing risks


  • Asking that sellers avoid being present at all showings or photography/videography sessions
  • Frequently clean and disinfect surfaces that may routinely be touched within the property
  • Authorize in-person showings or decline in-person showings in writing
